Slightly later than usual, it’s finally that time of year again – the moment I release a book capturing the past twelve months in travel and photography.
This edition is the longest yet, featuring 265 photographs from sixteen different trips. Among them, five unforgettable days in Shetland stand out as a personal highlight.
But this book isn’t about quantity. It’s about the ongoing journey of my photography – how it continues to evolve with each shutter click. Every image I capture, like every trip I take, shapes me a little more.
More than just a physical archive of memories, I hope this book reflects my growth as a photographer. I find myself taking fewer photos these days – not because I travel less, but because I’ve become more intentional about what I choose to capture. In that sense, the fact that this year’s book is the most extensive yet feels like a small testament to how my craft has matured – and how I hope it continues to develop in the years ahead.
Moments in Travel / 2024 is available now as a print-on-demand edition via Lulu.com.
